Friends arrived and we were shown to the table. Used the app to order which us simple and straightforward. They had run out of corn so we were asked to choose an alternative, this was accomplished without fuss. Food arrived, hot and exactly as asked for. Service was swift, polite and didn't disturb our evening. Food we ordered was delicious and drinks were chilled.”

All the rooms lead out onto the gardens and the kids have a lot of space to play on bikes. My eldest learnt how to ride a balance bike at nursery. The food is fresh, delicious and filling. The phrase goes ‘the customer is always right’ and I can tell you that certainly is not the case after what I witnessed. Unfortunately I was in the shop at the same time the poor workers had to deal with a very rude customer. I had a feeling she would write a bad review as she clearly didn’t get her way. People tend to go out of their way to write a bad one if any, so I thought I’d come to write a good, honest one. Despite talking to a particular girl with utter rudeness and degrading her publicly, the worker remained calm, polite and completely professional. No one should have to deal with abuse like that when they are just trying to do their job. I don’t think I could have remained so calm and still be willing to help the customer and resolve her issue. It sounds like that customer won’t be shopping there again and I’m pleased about that for the sake of the lovely staff in there. Keep doing the great job you always do and don’t let these petty people upset you. You certainly have a lifelong customer here.”
