"Ordered a Christmas bouquet for same day delivery but hadn’t noticed that the address I wanted to send to wasn’t covered (it’s a little down the road from me but the postcode is different my fault entirely for not checking!) A little later, I got a phone call to explain and an offer of next day delivery. Great customer service. I haven’t seen the flowers but the recipient was very pleased and said they cheered her up."
"I placed an order online and the bouquet that arrived is just beautiful - the picture doesn't do them justice! The flowers were delivered on the correct date, but had been left at my doorstep without ringing the doorbell/knocking on the door.
