Excellent system in place, efficient and welcoming staff and volunteers, the guy who did the injection was clear about possible side effects, managing those and I barely noticed the needle. “Great little place. The site is small and busy but the staff are delightful. Always make me feel at ease. They give great advice and are caring whist still being professional. Due to the number of people that use the store and the limited staff numbers, there's sometimes a queue, but this is the only negative comment I can make. I've now made this my regular pharmacy due to the service from the staff I've interacted with. It's a shame all the other Boots stores don't have staff like this one. Well done”
