“Have dined a number of times and never been disappointed. As it was bonfire night a friend and I decided to get a takeaway. The food was beautiful, hot, with all the right spices, making it the same as if dined in. What was exceptional was that 2/3 minutes after opening the takeaway bag I realised that one item was incorrect but as we liked this starter anyway we decided not to bother to do anything. However the phone went and panorama rang, full of apologies and sent a driver out with the item we had ordered. I said it didn’t matter but they insisted. I thought this was great customer service. Amazing food, never disappointed completed with great customer service by lovely people”

“Absolutely fantastic service given by the guys at Sandy Lane/MD Racing. I got a rear puncture on my motorbike at 1730 on Walton Bridge & desperately phoned around however everywhere, including Sandy Lane, had shut at 1700. No way of getting home. By chance I found a mobile number for MD Racing & they offered to stay late so I could at least get the bike to them for it to be fixed the next day. When I arrived I was greeted with smiles & welcomes & they wheeled the bike straight in for secure storage over night. Incredibly they offered to repair the punctures (turns out there was two) there & then. I was given tea/coffee whilst I waited although there was barely time - 20 mins for the wheel to come off, repair 2 punctures & get me back on the road. One of the gentlemen even stopped to check everything was okay when he saw me pulled over on the side of the road making a phone call before heading home. Exceptional service, truly above & beyond. Very grateful for such a great experience for what could have been a really arduous evening. Thank you.”

Marta has been really patient throughout the process as we made updates (and changed our minds!) along the way. Also had a great experience with support from Julie in sourcing obscure missing parts needed for drawers etc Great customer service all round, excellent efficient communication all through the process. “I love this garage. Every year, I have to sort the MOT and service of my elderly mother's Jazz car. They pick the car up, sort out what needs to be done and return it. That's 2 years running now, they have seamlessly and easily taken this problem off my hands. I am delighted. GOOD JOB, THANK YOU for making my life easier, and not charging though the roof!”

“We cancelled our Tempur mattress order from a well known department store after discovering a Cool touch version of the same Sensation elite model which was exclusive only to Dreams. Our Superking bed was not only £100 cheaper, there were also 2 free tempur pillows, and other offers totalling to £210 discount. Ioana at the WoT store was brilliant, got us to try the Sleep match bed which confirmed our selection and was very careful about helping us try the mattresses hygienically which was important to us. Our mattress was delivered in just 1 week by Dreams own delivery crew Matt and Craig who were brilliant in handling the very heavy mattress and removing our old mattress calling us twice before delivery. Really didn't expect such a pleasant experience buying a mattress!”
