“Very friendly chef owner, Ali. Been going here for years, and Ali mentioned the place has been in business for the last 17 years. Reasonably priced menu, for the quality you get! We love their chicken and lamb kebabs. And I am happy to hear he added a few turkish meals options such as the lamb/chicken doner with rice,salad and cacik. I would definitely try this next time!”

“Always order from here. Food is delicious. Last week they forgot a rice and not only sent the driver back round promptly but have given us a free bombay potato today (which was lovely)”

“We tried this new restaurant as it’s within walking distance from home, and was not disappointed. The service was welcoming and friendly with a good atmosphere and drinks selection, including cocktails. The food was excellent . We all chose different starters and mains, I’d recommend the Thai salad and the fish cakes starters, but all the food was perfectly spiced, and cooked to our taste ie medium, mild etc We were a table of 5 and had a good drink too, all of which came quickly and with a smile! Would definitely go again and would thoroughly recommend.”

“The chicken biryani is the best I have ever tried from anywhere. It's so tasty and worth buying on a regular basis. And at £2 you can't go wrong! I hope it stays as tasty as it is.”

“We tried the Kabul Express for the first time and became a big fan. Food quality, quantity & overall service was beyond our expectations. Best Afghani food in the town. Lamb Karahi, Do piaza , Chapli Kebab, Chops and Kabli Pilau were all amazing Will be visiting again soon.”

“A couple of days ago the restaurant was full pack and busy. There was rugby match I guess ...even then i had a very nice experience here. Staff are very nice and helpful. We struggled to place our order as the food menu was big. The staff Johnny was patient and understanding and also helped us in food selection. And You have many choice of food, such as mutton, lamb, chicken, fish prawns …etc etc etc. The new boy was quick in clearance. The area is beautiful, antic wooden deco, the vehicle truck is a must to see... Though there was a little wait for the wine bottle...I have nothing to complain about this place! ❤️”

“Been coming for years and it gets better every time! The chicken is 0always moist and the flavour is unbelievable. Orange finger chilli's in the balti are out this world. Cannot understand the low reviews as we have tried many Indians in the area and nothing compares. I make curries from scratch all the time so know my stuff and this is the best!”

“First time using Ranna Ghor. We had one issue - received chicken Tikka Masala instead of paneer. I called the restaurant and they were genuinely sorry and very apologetic and got us a replacement promptly. How they react to a problem is often how I judge a place and this was good customer service. As for the food... excellent all round and we will definitely use again. Impressed!”

“Really tasty Indian. Never any issues with the quality and quantity of food and very rarely are deliveries taking longer than usual. They are just busy because they are good. We have ordered from them for almost 10 years now. Great place and a staple on Isle of Dogs.”

“I have been ordering from Ho's for a few years now and everytime the food is great. Never greasy or lacking in portion size. My last delivery on Friday was sooooo good. Hot and tasty and plenty left over for lunch the next day.”

“Tried this Chinese after our regular was closed for the night. I think this will now become our regular Chinese. The food had loads of flavour, not greasy. Packaged nicely with clear lids to see the food, the sauce pots were in a tray so no risk of leaking in the delivery bag. The food was also nice and hot, and the chips were good and not rock hard like most are from chinese takeaways.”

“Love this place we have ordered here several times now and every time it has been much nicer than other Chinese takeaways we have tried in this area. They always listen to our order notes and always have friendly delivery drivers who find our notoriously difficult address every time without needing directions. They are so polite and friendly and no matter how busy they are always deliver fresh and tasty food. Will not order Chinese from anywhere else now!”

Corey and Beth are both good leaders and work very hard amf are good role models to their colleagues. Especially the younger staff. There is always someone in the making, you just need to find it. Pleasant welcome, clean place and good food and drink. Recipe for good results. Can't wait for my next visit tomorrow.”
