I first met him when he rescued my hair from a disastrous colour done by a major national salon (who were supposed to be the best in their field!!). Tommy took one look at the horror that was my hair and knew immediately what to do. He talked things through with me, telling me what the other salon had done and how he would save my hair and give me back my healthy, glossy locks! The trust he inspired in me from that very first meet was so reassuring, I was completely at ease and let him work his magic. The result was amazing - not only had he restored the colour to better than what it should be, but he went above and beyond with various conditioning treatments, masks and a head massage to boot! Now whenever I go for my cut / colour I just plonk myself down, enjoy the coffee (and the massage chair - which is an absolute must!) and let him do his thing! Tommy is, without a doubt, absolutely brilliant!”

“I am over the moon that Mayfive hair has opened so near my house. It’s a beautiful shop staffed by incredibly friendly and professional women. Every experience I have had there has been 5 star. For instance when I mentioned in passing that I had recently been swimming a lot and was worried about the chlorine the stylist gave me 6 free samples of shampoo to try out as an alternative to mine and which have absolutely made a difference. I have been a number of times for washes and blow dries but will definitely be going back soon for my cut and colour!”

Sinem advised the best way to achieve the colour and offers a wide range of ways to do this healthily. Using bleach made no damages to my hair and her cut has actually made my hair look longer! I have noticed that this salon has a wide range of ages and they are regulars which suggested to me they are reliable and safe to use. Yes it is a little pricey I must admit but you get what you pay for. For me my hair is so precious especially when it comes to colour and I like everyone else doesn't want breakage. 2 years on and non of us has any problems.
