"Terrible experience. The whole visa application is extremely frustrating and time-wasting. Staffs never answer phone calls: I've phoned them 5 times, waiting up to 20 mins, but no one available. Their emails always talk like a robot: they asked for a return address and I replied, and then they sent back the same return address confirmation request again, then I replied again, then the same request without change a word again. They just never read them. It's been 20 working days (nearly a whole month) since I sent them the application, but with no visa and no passport, I canceled my schedule unfortunately. I've also paid £12 for a return postage, which is a mandate according to their website, but now I may send myself to London to fetch my passport. The Korean Embassy is not helpful as well. If you encounter any visa-relating problems, they hold no responsibilities to help. What I got is just a cold reply informing me to help myself contact KVAC."
