"I took the Level 1 immigration course this month. Before I paid, I was promised slides after the course (I have proof). My choice to take the IAS course was definitely based on this. Although proof of the promise was provided, the slides were denied. I am very disappointed with the situation. An attitude of disregard was displayed by the manager of customer relations.
