Walpole Park
● Open“Beautiful park. I visited almost every day during my stay in Ealing. I especially liked the lake and the garden. Had lovely time reading books in various spots of the park. It has a corner for every taste. Livelier spots and more peaceful corners. The plaques giving historical and botanical info were a nice touch and fun to discover around the park!”

CERU Eastern Mediterranean Restaurant South Kensington
● Closed“Tapas style Middle Eastern restaurant. Book your table in advance as its a small restaurant. The food has great flavours. The lamb is my favourite dish. The scallops are also very delicious. Don’t forget to order hummus and pita bread. The chocolate and tahini mousse is good and comes in a very cute little mug. It’s a good place for family and small groups. Very friendly staff and quick service.”

Levant
● Closed“The Bakklava was best I have had. Very reasonably priced. Can buy various food items , I got some great camomile tea. The decor is eclectic, but I loved it, makes you feel you are on holiday abroad. Only downside is it's in an industrial estate and parking is difficult but not impossible.”

Old Oak Community & Childrens Centre
● Closed76 Braybrook Street, London W12 0AP, United Kingdom“Honestly not sure what I would have done without this place for the last 5 years. I've been going to the Stay and Play since my 2 little ones were new born until they went to school. I've been to countless classes including a first aid course and speech and language class for my daughter. Halloween and Christmas parties. All provided for free! We went to the London Aquarium for a very good price. We have been to the Summer Fun Days. I have hired the hall for a birthday party at a good price. The list goes on and on. Chantal and Muna are absolutely brilliant workers and people. Definitely best stay and play in H&F!”

Ihsan Children's Centre and Nursery
● Closed“As a new mother Ihsan Childrens Centre has been an absolute gem. Prior to lockdown, I was invited for baby groups shortly after my son was born and was astonished at how lovely and welcoming the staff were. During lockdown, the caring staff frequently got in touch with me to check in on my wellbeing and sent me care packages for myself and my baby which were so well received. As a new mother in the middle of a pandemic, having that support and care was heart warming and I'm extremely grateful for that. I have been visiting Ihsan weekly since then for Stay and Play Sessions which my 11 month old really enjoys! The staff are welcoming, caring and supportive each week and always try their best to ensure we are happy and go out of their way to provide activities specifically for my sons interests which is touching! Thank you to all the wonderful Staff and Volunteers at Ihsan for making such an unusual time in the world feel safe and for being there for us!”

London Transport Museum
● Closed“An informative and enjoyable museum full of London’s rich history of transportation. It took a little over an hour to go through everything and it was great. They have some actual historical vehicles in the museum and you really gain an appreciation for the evolution of how we got to where we are today. The staff was also great, with the lady making sure we only bought the cheaper ticket relevant to tourists.”

Kentish Town Community Centre
● Closed“Kentish Town Community Centre is a place where everybody is warmly welcomed. Especially new neighbours in the area like me. It is a really nice place to give and attend all kind of classes, to know new people from your community and also to celebrate your own private parties!”

Greenwich Picturehouse
● Open“Lovely cinema, decent soundproofing so that you can’t hear other screens during your movie (something that really annoys me!) and the seats recline. They donate to charity and have a space for guests to leave donations too. Cafe downstairs does food, and the bar upstairs is good whilst you wait.”

Oak Wood School
● Closed“Mr Singhs review: If I would give 10 STARS I would ! Attended a Personal 1:1 open day with the Headteacher Mr Daniel Cowling on Fri 11th June 2021. He is doing a superlative job. Well beyond my expectations. A personal credit to him and his staff. Mr Cowling is highly respected by both staff AND students. - Facilities and Cleanliness of the school is unbelievable. - Brand new resources. - Students have their heads down in all of the classrooms i visited. - Equipment; formidable! All Apple computers and screens. - Well funded and beyond my comprehension. - Wonderful , open, spacious outdoor space. All sports. - Drama rooms excellent. - Main hall ; Mint. - Its a new school less than 7 years old and the buildings are pristine. - Staff extremely polite and attentive. My son attends a grammar school in Slough and this state school is far better !!! I didnt think I would be stating that. Ive even surprised myself. Keep up the excellent work , and Well done Mr Cowling & everyone at Oak Wood. "If you aint got no discipline, you aint no disciple."”
