“Proper cafe, busy full of tradesmen first thing this morning, great atmosphere. Only had time for a cup of tea. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.”

“I stayed there for 2 days and I really enjoyed it! The rooms and the bathrooms weren't very big, but what is important, is that they were clean and the bed was comfortable. They have a nice area near the reception, where you can watch tv, play board games and drink some (complimentary) tea. They also have a small kitchen and a luggage room, where you can leave your belongings for a couple of hours after you check out. The location is also amazing! There are lovely restaurants nearby and some supermarkets and an underground station is like a 5 minute walk from the hostel. The only negative thing I have to say is that I agree with some of the reviews and the rooms get indeed quite cold.”

“Good Selection of food & prices are very decent. If you fancy a panini, baguette, wrap, biriani etc this is the place for you. It's a busy atmosphere with all the locals, masjid goers and staff who work nearby visit for a quick bite.”

“Room was clean and tidy. Staff were welcoming, polite and accommodating... nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were plentiful with a great selection of items ranging from cooked to pastries and cereals. Good value for money n easy access to trains and bus access for Harry Potter Studios Tour.”

“4.5 is the marks. I don’t think they serve the best steak of the kind but acceptable one with this price range. Popcorn is free serving. Very good service with staff going around to see what customers needed. I like the desert, very lovely and not common, which add 0.5 marks for that.”

“Gotta set the bad reviews straight! I stayed in a 14 bed female dorm and it was great! Loved how the female section was separated from the rest of the hostel with a pin code. There were great lockers in the rooms, bathrooms were good (just found one toilet that didn't always flush, but everything else was great and clean), didn't hear any noise at all from the downstairs bar (that might depend on the room idk), bed was comfy and cozy with the little curtain that covers most of the bed. There's a little light and a plug/usb port above each bed! Staff were great too!”

“Very blessed to have this cafe within walking distance for lunch. Rice Cakes 10/10 perfect amount of sweet and spicy. Dumplings Vegan 10/10 Kimchi Jeon 7/10, just my personal preference I prefer kimchi fried rice. Croffle 10/10 The Ade's are a lot of fun. 15-20 mins wait time for food :)”

“This place is absolutely the best! I got my daughters hair cut here, I went for a cut and colour what i absolutely love! My niece also gets her hair cut here and she has the most naturally Curly hair the team spoke to her how she wanted it and tips on how to get the best of out of her curls!”

“Peter's work was fantastic. He has a great eye for detail and takes immense pride in what he does. As new homeowners, we had never had any bespoke furniture built before so did not really know what to expect. After Peter's first visit and his meticulous assessment of the work (and how he can make it look good) we knew we had found the right person for the job (2 alcoves and a large chest of drawers). His courtesy, professionalism and tidiness also goes without saying. We will certainly be recommending him to any one who asks if we know a good chippy.”

“Simply Bedrooms came to install bedroom furniture for us after a year long rangling with Bensons for Beds which ended up in us getting a refund an buying the same thing from Simply Bedrooms. I wish we had found them first! We paid for the installation service, the guys that arrived were polite, clean and tidy, and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. I will def recommend the company to my friends and will order from them again when the need arises.”
