“Been a member here for a couple of months now. Pound for pound it's the best gym in the area, especially when you consider the ridiculous prices David Lloyd Northwood are charging. The gym is usually not too crowded, maybe slightly so at peak times but that's to be expected. Good range of weights and machines, and also other functional areas. I don't make full use of all the facilities but for what I need it for, it's very good and so far very welcoming.
