“My husband and I visited Bad Axe on a whim one day while we were at Boxpark Wembley and this did not disappoint! Our host was fantastic and by the end of the hour, we were loving it (whether the throw was good or bad!). The staff are helpful, the place is kept really clean, and we felt very safe with all distancing, sanitation, and safety requirements (you are throwing sharp blades after all). Axe throwing is definitely not just for the athletically gifted; even I got into it and was loving it despite not being that sporty otherwise. You'll definitely feel so badass doing this. We can't wait to do it again!”

“I took my daughters to Groombridge place where the once upon a wish events were hosting Halloween spectacular day! It was honestly incredible, there was so much to do and all of the characters were amazing and had so much time for every single child. I would highly recommend them at either an event or to book a birthday party! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you, you made two little girls so very happy!!!”

“A quaint bistro hidden amongst stables, not the easiest of places to get to on foot, the driveway up is riddled with potholes and uneven if you are disabled so be careful, but there is a ramp descent after entering the cafe which is good. The cafe is really tastefully furnished, very mid-western, the breakfast was an enormous plate of food cooked extremely well. Good italian menu offerings. We will be back in the future the host was very welcoming.”

“The Subud Hall is a superb venue to hire. It has the perfect floor for Ballet classes, and it is always clean, tidy and warm with added boosters for those extra cold days in the Winter. It is a very attractive hall with with "State of the Arts" lighting for all occassions. A well designed kitchen, a large disabled toilet with Baby changing facility. Upstairs there is a smaller hall also well maintained. Plus 2 toilets. All with the added benifit of a car park adjacent to the hall and another just opposite. Thoroughly recommended.”

“Called in for a couple of drinks on a hot day, and really enjoyed the atmosphere. An eclectic mix of clientele, but all very friendly. Nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world, and one I'd like to go back to. Unfortunately, the Miller's Well is on the list to be sold by Wetherspoon as of writing this. Hoping another chain will take it on. It would be a shame for the area to lose a good watering hole.”

“I am so happy we chose Michelle to do our wedding flowers. Not only is she a lovely person but she is a magician at choosing and arranging flowers. Her amazing arrangements and bouquets definitely took centre stage at our wedding and we had so many comments about how beautiful they were. Michelle really listened to everything we wanted and gave some helpful suggestions that really paid off. Michelle was also really sensitive about a family heirloom that I wanted woven into my bouquet and did it perfectly. Michelle is really chilled and clearly an expert in her field. “Really authentic hongkong Chinese food and genuinely tastes like home. Slightly pricey food wise but the atmosphere is relaxed and the seats are comfy. I got the whole shebang and whilst I wasn't full (shared with a friend 50/50) I was quite satisfied with the taste of each item.”

After popping down to store and meeting Charlotte I knew I was in safe hands Charlotte was so helpful and professional. We discussed my vision/ ideas to suit my budget and I was so looking forward to it all coming to life. I was so thirlled with the floral wreath hung up in the marquee , it looked amazing ! All my flower arrangements at the church, centerpieces and my bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets were all beautiful. The roses smelt incredible and everything was perfect. Simplicity is the best. Cannot thank you enough Charlotte and the team at Floral Gallery - Caterham , highly recommended!”

“I visited this restaurant last week after finding it on Meerkat dining out. Check in advance what the offers are on this as it seems a little out of date. The owner/manager is a very happy chap who was very attentive. The decor was tasteful and rustic and the atmosphere was relaxed. Fresh lightly grilled bread was served which was a bonus. 3 of us all had a main meal and shared a bottle of wine. With the discount it came to about £50. All the food was fresh and tasty. Overall a very nice place and I am sure we will return in future.”
