“As a Palestinian, I was very happy to see a place like Akub open in London. This quaint & cozy space serves innovative twists on traditional Palestinian cooking. Dishes like the Short Rib Fatteh, Bukjet Mousakhan & Shish Barak with Beetroot are delicious & pleasantly light. The dessert, especially the dead sea salt chocolate cake, is out of this world! Akub also serves Palestinian arak, wine & beer, so you get to enjoy a Taybeh or 2 with your meal ;) The decor is on point too - tasteful cultural symbols minus the clichés (no flags or rifles, though of course the spirit is that of Free Palestine).”

“Great. Been many times, usually very friendly staff, kept nice and clean from when I've been there. Wait times on average are not too bad. As for whether or not the food is good; its five guys, worth trying. Especially the fries and peanuts.”

“Delicious pizza made from fresh dough Burgers where amazing and delivered piping hot. The delivery driver said he was new and apologised for any delays (there was no delay actually really fast) However yummy pizza very fresh and very nice looking. Hardly any oil left on the box is always a good sign”

“Went to the beefeater in Uxbridge today with my family we were warmly greeted by our waitress her name was Candi once Candi had seated us and given us our menu’s Candi took our drinks order’s once Candi brought our drinks over I had a Coke Zero which did not taste right Candi replaced my drink straight away and apologised then proceeded to take our food order’s the food was very tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed all the food we received we all had a very relaxed and enjoyable meal and our waitresses service was outstanding even the manager Kelly was very friendly and we was warmly welcomed by all staff we will definitely be returning again”

“I was excited about this new Japanese restaurant that they open just yesterday. I went there today and I would definitely come back again. Staff are very friendly and my meal was really lovely (love the Unagi Don yum)! It does give me nostalgic memories of my trip to Japan in the past. I would recommend to give Bento Boys a try. No place more welcoming or hospitable or helpful, from graciously accommodating our unexpected travel changes, to providing a delicious warm breakfast, to sharing tips on best ways to travel downtown. The room was immaculately clean, charming, and comfortable. The location was excellent for our purposes. Our only complaint is that we only stayed four days. We could not recommend Denham Guest House more wholeheartedly and we cannot wait to return.”
