"The food here is delicious! The prices are reasonable and the service is warm and friendly. There is absolutely no issue with the quality of the food. I live in North London but make a point of going here everytime i am in West London and i order extra so i can take it back with me. I have been coming here over 10 years and never had an issue. I would ask customers to go in and judge for yourself as the negative reviews are beyond belief as a regular customer. It is a cafe style takeaway. Yes the food is heated in microwaves. The food is kept in glass chillers or covered in cling film, not in the open. If you have realistic expectations you will not be dissappointed and have a good tasty meal. In all the years i have been going i have never once been asked to leave a review. I came West London today and wanted to check what time they open but i was so shocked by the misleading negative reviews i had to leave my own."
