“Prash was very accommodating and helpful throughout my visit. This guesthouse is located about a 10/15 minute walk North of the train station and is very easy to get to. The room was clean, warm, and safe. The shower was very hot and a little tricky to get the hang of. There are a lot of local places to grab food. I stuck to Sainsburys as wasn’t there for long and made the big error of going to Papa Johns - awful customer service. There is also a chugger train which links Hornchurch, and Upminster. Overall, this was a pleasant stay at this guesthouse.”

Gave the details of the model and was told to sit. I get paid with love2shop gift cards for work and they can be an absolute pain and headache when buying something but the lady who assisted me, Sara, was amazing! She worked with me through lots of cards (I had saved up - there was probably 15+ cards) with none of the rudeness I’ve previously experienced in other stores and just a lovely energy.
