“This afternoon I was recommended to call Sutton Appliances to replace my broken washing machine (that couldn't be fixed). I called them at 2pm. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. It is very rare nowadays to find people who work to such high standards and deliver amazing customer care - at Sutton Appliances you definitely get this. I am so grateful for their whole service . “Oh my my, this place is huge. Pretty much a one stop shop. Very clean and well stocked. Lifts to the car park. £2 for 2 hrs parking, which you get back if you spend a minimum of £5. The machine prints two copies. One for your dashboard and the other for you to give to cashier upon checkout.”
