“Amazing shop amazing workers. Today I walked into the barbershop and instantly got greeted and offered a coffee by the young workers. I had a haircut from the barber called Yusa. Amazing young barber with so much potential and so polite. Excellent at communicating with the customer, knowing exactly what they want and what would suit them. I got a Mid-Taper Fade and walked out the barbershop extremely satisfied with my hair cut. 110% visiting again for his taper fades.”

“A Covid test will never be as pleasant as a massage. The best we can hope for is that it's not any more unpleasant than absolutely necessary. I had booked the 12 hour fit-to-fly PCR test, was served at the time booked, given the choice to self-test under supervision or have the staff do it, and staff were very polite throughout - nothing to complain here. The result arrived after less than six hours - very happy with that. In an ideal world, I would never do a Covid test again, but in the real world, if I need one in the future, I'm likely to use the same service.”

On planning Amy was very helpful knowledgeable and reassuring. On the day the staff went above and beyond expectations. We had our ceremony outside. The staff from the restaurant department were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make everyone comfortable. We had the perfect day and we honestly can’t recommend the hotel enough. “Close to town with everything you need nearby. Apartment is quiet and looks nice, we really love it here - The only problem with living here is that the flats seem to use a ceiling heated system which can be really expensive! Our monthly electricity bill comes out at £300 a month with EDF and were quoted the same with other suppliers.”

“My wife and I were in Bromley for just one night and we decided to stay here having done so quite a few years ago, and it is so convenient as it is centrally located within easy reach of the town centre, restaurants and pubs. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the decoration and decor of the place had been kept as pristine as we recalled from our previous visit; there was no deterioration at all. Check-in was extremely quick, and we had a room at the back of the hotel away from the busy A21 road that runs passed the hotel at the front. We found that the room was exceptionally clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Our only slight gripe was that we found that the room a little hot while trying to sleep, but this is probably because we sleep in such a cold room, our preference, while at home. We took advantage of the underground car parking and we thought that the price paid for a full 24-hours was very reasonable especially for the obvious peace of mind that it gave us. Checkout the following morning was just a matter of putting the room card in a slot at the Reception Desk. All in all we thought that it was a very good choice to have made, especially at the cost which was very, very reasonable.”

“Despite me being out of their catchment area, when the aircon in my Fiesta van hilariously decided to not work properly (during the hottest Summer EVER!!), a (lovely) technician was able to pop over to where I work and get it working properly again - on the same day that I called the office! Cannot recommend AutoCool Air Con highly enough. Superb, very friendly, very professional service. I will definitely use them again (provided they don't mind the trip out into the wilds of Surrey again!!) Thank you so much!! :-D”

“Took my Mustang here for a replacement bumper, wheel arch and headlight cover. Originally thought it would take up to 10 days to get the parts in then three days for the work, I dropped the car on Monday at 11am and picked it up Tuesday 4pm, repaired perfectly and cleaned. Very friendly, helpful service and obviously very fast. Can't comment on value for money though as my car is annoyingly expensive to repair.”
