Through my work I have seen the tremendous difference Sam has made to children's lives when they are experiencing difficulties, whether they have needed a short or longer term intervention. The children all felt comfortable and happy to attend their sessions and the benefits were noticeable from early on. I can also recommend Sam personally when she helped one of my own children through a difficult time. She was caring and supportive and was able to quickly adapt her style to suit and benefit my child's needs and understanding.”

“Liz came for a meet and greet with us with and we went through all of our worries and needs (hes  a puppy with poodle in him so tends to get over excited and bark!) As we work full time and have  family helping us day to day Liz has had to  meet us all. Jasper adores his time with Liz twice a week on walks. Liz has been amazing and given some great advice, she always updates me on how his walk has been and often there's a photo to go along with it. I'm so pleased with how its going with his walks and in time when he's ready hope for him to join up with another dog or even group walk. Liz is kind, professional and has settled my mind that Jasper is safe and happy with her... he is already waiting at the door when she picks him up.  As we are going through training with our pup it was great to know I can let Liz know anything new and she will continue to use those words etc for training causing less confusion for him. Jasper is a super happy pup with his new found friend in Liz.”

As it looked like only 1 chinese guy was working there who spoke perfect English and I didn't see anyone else in sight. “I cannot recommend this place enough. They're a family run business and the most honest guys I've ever known. Took my car for an Audi service a year back and they said all my brake pads and disks needed replacing imminently. I took my car into Birbeck Autos and asked for all to be swapped. Paul and his family said that none of them needed replacing and showed me all of the disks and pads and how they were fine. They are truly honest, great pricing and very trustworthy. I honestly can't recommend these guys enough. Please go here, I'd honestly advise going here before a main dealership, as they have the expertise and honesty, that you won't get from a main dealership. 10/10 for me 5*, love these guys. “Dudley was overdue his cut and looked pretty rough before his trip to Poppy's Paws. Very pleased with the cut. He came home chilled and has shown no stiffness in his legs as with previous grooming, he has hip issue. Excellent care given and we now have our handsome golden boy back.
