Leaving your cat for the first time can feel daunting but Loria was a complete professional and I felt absolutely confident that Rosie was safe and well. Loria really understood all my questions and concerns and was very reassuring. The whole process was very well organised - making everything totally seamless. The regular email updates were really lovely and for the first time I felt like I could relax and not have to worry while I was on holiday. The rooms are lovely and clean and Loria provides fantastic toys and entertainment for the cats - she really goes the extra mile. Rosie appeared completely unfazed by the experience and that is surely the sign of a great stay!”

“New Barnet Cabs.The 8 passenger people provider (Mercedes Vito) was truly spacious. We had lots of baggage along with hand baggage however this was all carried away thoroughly leaving all of us with a lot of leg space in the car. Our journey to Gatwick was smooth and an unwinded and a great start to our holiday. Bottles of water were available in the car for everyone. All in all an excellent experience, however. “Enjoyed a tasty late lunch at The Gate with a choice of the tables dotted around the many delightfully warm open fires and log burning stoves. The welcome was as warm as the burning fires as was the surprisingly spicy Cajun chicken burger! Despite being sat in the end closest to the busy road; we couldn’t hear the traffic at all and really enjoyed watching the endless stupidity of many drivers through the sash window as we enjoyed our lunch. The pub doesn’t take bookings at all and given the carpark is always so full and chaotic it has always put us off visiting, but a break in the chaos gave us the opportunity see why it is always so manic; The delicious meals, the toasty fires, friendly team and fair pricing. There is an abundance of tables to choose from with a mix of smaller ‘rooms’ and larger areas like the conservatory. As it happens there is more parking available nearby that perhaps isn’t such a war zone!”
