“We booked to have our tyres inspected / changed because one of them was going flat. Whilst the appointment took a bit longer than they had estimated, the staff were extremely helpful. They showed us a video of the nail in the tyre and explained why they couldn’t legally repair it. Unfortunately there was a mix up with the delivery of the tyres we had chosen, but they gave us tyres of the same quality / value at a discounted price checking first we were happy with that and honestly laying out the options. They kept us informed as we went along and overall were just really friendly, helpful and apologetic. We’re not local, but if we were I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. Top notch customer service”

“I visited the shop on Monday carrying my one month old granddaughter who, as soon as I got to the till, started crying to be fed. The lady assistant was very sympathetic and offered me the display table and chair to sit in to give the baby her bottle. I was astounded by this as the usual reaction to a crying baby in a shop is to get them out of the shop as quickly as possible. Not so in this case. I was able to feed the baby in a lovely cool place in peace. They even supplied me with some kitchen towel. This was exemplary customer service by the lady assistant and her colleague - and I had only spent £4 ! I will be back to spend more whenever I can. Thank you.”

When it arrived they SMS'd and called me so I could come get the medication before they closed. On collection it literally took me longer to park then get the meds. My Colt failed its Mot, after getting some Quotes Ryan was recommended and after the quote we went with him. He collected the car, did the work and retested the Mot and dropped the car back. The service from him has and was excellent. He literally too a major annoyance and sorted it for us. Highly recommended and I will now not go anywhere else. Superb service!”

Marie (who took the booking) was really helpful and lovely and the woman who came was incredibly thorough, and also just lovely. She was very mindful of smells and product near me so warned me when she was cleaning near me and was just generally fantastic all round. Highly recommend.”
