There was an occasion when there was an issue with the PCR test, the Pharmacist took charge and resolved it, within 10 minutes a correct certificate was issued. “For the moment it's only click and collect. You can get your stuff, when the text came through that it is ready. I did my purchase in the carpark, and text arrived within a few minutes. Then they have a unidirectional entry system, with not more than 2 customers in the store. They kept 2m distance from at all times. It appears well organised, quick and efficient. He's usally very unsure of the vets as expected but we got his jab done easy quickly he didn't even notice. Further more he allowed his claws to be cut with no fuss this time.. The club which was detailed as being in fair condition for head,shaft and grip I thought was in immaculate condition for the age, hardly a mark on the club head and the grip and shaft were in really good condition. Delivery within 2 days although they do offer next day if ordered before 2pm which I had missed. Around Great quality service. Will definitely be back.”

“The best pharmacy I've been to in years! Having spent a few years away in Addlestone where Lloyds Pharmacy were useless, it was a total joy to come back to Ace. My surgery prepped a prescription for me at lunchtime on Friday, sent it over electronically and at 1520 it was ready at Ace according to the label! Walked in to collect at 6pm expecting a battle and a long wait but there it was ready in the box. No wait in the queue at all. Please keep it up, you guys are ace!”
