“Amazing shop amazing workers. Today I walked into the barbershop and instantly got greeted and offered a coffee by the young workers. I had a haircut from the barber called Yusa. Amazing young barber with so much potential and so polite. Excellent at communicating with the customer, knowing exactly what they want and what would suit them. I got a Mid-Taper Fade and walked out the barbershop extremely satisfied with my hair cut. 110% visiting again for his taper fades.”

Reference checks and the whole onboarding process was quite quick and smooth and I moved in a week after the viewing. “This salon is absolutely fantastic! I have never been to a salon where the hairdressers put in so much effort to really understand what I want. They took the time to look at the photos I had and to speak to me. As I was getting a balayage, I was at the salon for a few hours and witnessed the expectational service that was faultless throughout the day, despite the amount of customers and the uncomfortable heat. Throughout the progress, my hairdresser explained each step and took her time to execute my balayage to perfection. Afterwards, I decided that I would like my balayage to be darker and they were more than happy to do this the next day. Once again, they took the time to show me different shades and to understand what I wanted. Every hairdresser who works here is incredibly kind, hardworking and talented. The Stylers Bromley deserve far more five star reviews. I find it difficult to believe any of the negative reviews due to my own experience and the comments of other customers. I love my balayage and I look forward to my next appointment. I can not recommend this salon enough!”

Lynne was so helpful, she pointed out the models that I shouldn't have for someone of Mum's years (Too firm, too heavy etc) and showed me the models that would be suitable. Lynn answered all my questions, it was good to have somebody with her experience advising me and who was genuinely interested and concerned that Mum got the correct mattress for her comfort.
