Hive London
● Open“I come down here with my mates and play every Tuesday! The staff are professional and the pitch is well looked after to play a good game of football. What’s also amazing is the fact that Barnet FC is right next to it and when the fans come to cheer on their team the atmosphere feels like you are playing in the stadium with the spot light on you.”

Sofitel London Heathrow
● Open“Spent the night in the hotel before flying off to Athens. There is a covered walk to Terminal 5. Maria the receptionist greeted us and was so welcoming, friendly and professional. We checked in and checked out fabulous room. King-size bed, shower cubicle and separate bath, towelling robes and slippers. Loads of extras, natural loofah scrub and Balmain toiletries. We had breakfast the next morning and there was everything you could wish for. Highly recommended. It's not cheap but a perfect way to start your holiday. View of runway, room very quiet.”

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3
● Open“Wife and I stayed one night to be at Heathrow for next morning's flight. We were very pleased - yes, I'll say surprised - by the quality of our brief stay. Room was immaculate. Dining (1 evening and 1 breakfast) exceeded our expectations; good selection, well-prepared, tasty. There are two bars on site, each was well organized and very pleasant. The front desk person even gave us a pictorial step by step map, showing how we would walk next morning from hotel to Heathrow tube to Terminal 5. That was much appreciated. As someone who (before COVID) business traveled frequently, my experiences and thus expectations for airport hotels were quite low. This hotel FAR EXCEEDED those expectations! Keep up the fine work!”

Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow Hotel & Conference Centre, London
● Open“Stayed here whilst working nearby. Hotel has a very grand entrance/foyer. Room was fairly spacious and had everything we needed. Was a bit of a maze in the hotel, with lots of corridors. I went for a bit of a wander and there are lots of function rooms situated to the top of the hotel. When we stayed it was quiet so we had a good nights sleep. Staff were friendly and helped when our key card stopped working.”

I would also like to commend the customer service staff who attended to me (Sara). Excellent service, polite and friendly. She should be commended. The buffet breakfast option, is amazing I would recommend. The staff was exceptional. The only challenge was, I couldn't not cast from my phone to the TV. I would highly recommend this hotel. The Open University in London
● Closed“The Open University showed enormous empathy when I was struggling to function. Unbeknownst to me I had exhausted my personal store of vitamin B12 and folic acid. I was losing my ability to focus and often had to re-read previously read text more than once. I feared narrowing of the main arteries in my brain, and began to despair. I was fortunate. Despite surviving a previous atypical stroke, my brain and body were simply short of 2 chemicals: vitamin B12 and folic acid. A metabolic disorder. I cast around for an explanation. I began to compare and contrast my current diet with my childhood diet. My childhood diet was full of root vegetables, peas, beans and other nutrient dense goodies. I have now returned to my childhood diet. I feel amazing. My weight ballooned by 8st in 6 years! I spent long hours in bed reserving my energy for critical activity only. I changed the layout of my bedroom. This process took many months of careful financial planning. I now have so much more than I did before. I am rich with an abundance of blessings. I am so grateful to the Open University. Had the student mentoring team not been paying attention, I might have struggled on, clueless, as to my short-term memory loss issues. As it is, I know that there is someone watching over me. Therefore, I can proceed with confidence.”

Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Kensington
● Open“Excellent stay, with good breakfast. The room was VERY clean and the front desk & room service team were kind and happy to help with questions. Concierge was okay. Radisson RED London Heathrow
● Open“I was surprised to find that all nearby hotels in the vicinity (except this one) didn't have good options for an affordable family room. The Radisson RED was the only one where we didn't have to book 2 rooms for 2 adults and a child. The bunk beds in the family room were excellent for our family to stay together and surprisingly affordable. The hotel has a chic vibe and check in is pretty quick. The staff addressed all our questions about late night room service, shuttles and other queries. It was conveniently located near a gas station convenience store and restaurants within walkable distance. Cab to the airport (terminal 5) wasn't expensive. Breakfast was delicious and service was great. Water pressure in the shower was excellent and made us want to take longer showers. We would definitely stay here again.”

Little Bear's In East Village
● Closed“Little Bears has been great for our daughter and for our family. Sending them off to nursery can be so difficult, especially when they are still babies, but management was really professional and responsive to our needs. The staff were great and reassuring, the app is also really helpful in keeping an eye on what they're getting up to throughout the day. My daughter has moved up to the room for the older age group now, shes made great progress with her language, trying more foods, and she loves going to nursery to see all the little friends she's made. Thanks Little Bears!”

They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Even at night time, there's also a man named Amila, so friendly and helpful. And rooms were clean and tidy! Enjoyed breakfast. Good location - not far from Ilford station, town centre and supermarkets literally walking distance. I would most definitely recommend.”
