The Quarters became a family to me with its lovely people (special thanks to Victoria and Rebecca), rooms, facilities (cleaning, gym, onsite restaurant) and security systems (24/7 security). The location of the building is so convenient that, I had an easy access to grocery shops, pharmacies, hair dressers, cafes, public transport, and cinemas in minutes. The onsite restaurant has always priority to the residents and their foods are very fresh. I would like to say thank you to the team for making accommodation so easy, affordable, comfortable and safe.”

We needed a last minute place to stay and the hotel staff were extremely accommodating and even provided us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon arrival to London. The breakfast meals were delicious and included in our booking. They included a variety of choices and all were outstanding. Coffee was delivered to our room daily without extra costs. The staff were very attentive and thoughtful in all interactions. It was a very good price for the location, room, amenities and kind staff. We will definitely recommend this place and stay here (or with other hotels in this company) in the future.”

Excellent location. Walked to Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace. Even walked to Harrods one morning. Excellent stay.”

My husband and I have come to England several times and have found ourselves in different kinds of hotels, first of all I want to give a big thanks to Joe in the front desk for being so friendly and kind he really made us feel welcomed from the moment we came in. He was nice enough to explain to us how to get to the underground picadilly line which can get you to any of the main attractions it js about a 2-3 min walk from the hotel. I see a lot of people have complained about the room being small, yes they are quite small but what do you expect from London hotels. They will all be small. But honestly going with me And my husband we found the room to be just right .. super cozy the bed was comfortably soft we slept like babies. Honestly we have no complaints we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed once at Tower Bridge hotel which is supposed to be a fancy high end hotel, 1. The staff was unfriendly 2. The hotel had no CENTRAL AIR we were baking in the summer the gave us an old fan to help with the heat.., at Hotel Moonlight you’ll find they have central air! A must when it’s warm outside! We will definitely keep booking with them.”

“What an absolutely wonderful experience having Afternoon Tea today. The Staff were so polite, friendly and attentive. The choice of teas is phenomenal and the sandwiches and cakes were delicious. In some of the posh hotels I would have felt intimidated and uncomfortable, but here it was perfect - a lovely atmosphere. “Amazing pub close to the Southside Shopping centre in Wandsworth. We had some drinks and some small dishes from the menu. All dishes were very nice. The barman was very helpful. We think that this place is stand out in the crouded market of our local Young"s pubs. All dishes were risonably priced. We will be back to try the dishes from the main menu. “Used this hotel for an overnight in London (B&B + Breakfast) as we were going to a show at the Royal Albert Hall and it's close. I did get it with a deal, but accidentally booked twin instead of double. Because of the price / promotion no changes allowed to the booking once made, but thought I'd email them anyway, and there was no trouble changing it, they were very helpful. The actual stay was great, nice room, quiet, and comfortable bed. The room was quite warm, but unlike a lot of hotels in London which turn off their aircon in the winter, this hotel's worked and we were able to get the room to a temperature we were comfortable with. Slept better here than is my own home. Special thanks to the bar staff, those guys have that intuition where they know what the next question is or when you need something else and are already delivering it before you've asked! Would stay here again.”

Food in the restaurant was also of a really good quality .From a purely personal point of view and for the price paid it would be nice to have bathrobes and face flannels. “Great location, 35 minutes to kings cross station, affordable cabs to heathrow airport, and largely self sufficient area that is wembley park. The apartments are spacious, and facilities are good. In-house gym is great for beginner to intermediate fitness oriented residents for cardio and strength training. Concierge is present at the reception so one can receive your deliveries anytime.”

“Private houses, it I would say massive apartments! High ceilings that resemble offices or factory - this can very from apt to apt. Allocated and secured parking. Concierge. Secured Gates. I love its outside appearance - whoever designed it to look like that it looks fantastic!”

“I’m a regular here because the customer service is exceptional. Every time I go they do not fail to impress. The moment you walk in you are welcomed and throughout your stay everyone is so helpful. The cigar lounge is pretty swanky with comfortable chairs and heaters. There is also a fireplace. The beer is top quality from Estonia. A good range of cigar choices and the staff are knowledgeable if you want recommendations. They offer to cut and light the cigars which is a nice touch. Highly recommend.”

“Quite a good hotel. Rooms are clean, good English breakfast. At the entrance to the restaurant, you should wait until the staff points you to a table. Security staff may ask you to open your luggage before entering the hotel. There is a bus stop around the corner in a minute's walk, and Fulham Broadway underground station (district line) is a five-minute walk away.”

The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is very nice, comes with waaher/dryer and even dishwasher! Great location with Natural Museum of History at rhe corner, 2 tube stations nearby.”

“We had our wedding at the Bromley court hotel with guests coming from all over the country the bookings were handled with great efficiency. On planning Amy was very helpful knowledgeable and reassuring. On the day the staff went above and beyond expectations. We had our ceremony outside. The staff from the restaurant department were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make everyone comfortable. We had the perfect day and we honestly can’t recommend the hotel enough. “Can't rate this place high enough. Only stayed one night as my daughter and friend were going to a concert at Ally Pally perfectly placed for a concert there only 20 mins in rush hour to drop off. The apartment was spacious very clean and comfortable and the wifi actually worked on all our devices without glitching which is unusual unless you pay in a hotel. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We will defo book here if/when we come back to London.”

“It's a private residential area in debtford. It's a modern type of area and these type of buildings and design are replacing a lot of the run down areas. It has onsite security and a barrier for vehicle access. I went there and go there to service & repair of the plant room and mainly the gas boilers. Site manager is nice and friendly.”
