“Rowlands pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have been to in the entire area by far. I urgently needed medication for my 10 month old child and they ordered it for next day delivery. When it arrived they SMS'd and called me so I could come get the medication before they closed. On collection it literally took me longer to park then get the meds. Amazing service and very much appreciated. Thanks you”

“My children and I have used this practice for over 15 years and we have always been treated exceptionally well. Assad, the practice manager, and the team are always professional, friendly, honest and you always leave with a smile on your face- whatever treatment you’ve had. We’ve never felt any pain whilst being treated and only necessary work is ever done. Sometimes you may have to wait for an appointment but I know that is because Assad and the team give everyone the time they need and if you are the person in the chair who is taking a bit longer, then you are grateful for that extra time and attention. Can highly recommend.”

She is always more than happy to jump out of the car when I drop her off and each staff member greets her with genuine enthusiasm and affection - which, being a springer spaniel she returns in full measure! “Beautiful caring staff, lovely situation, the only place I will ever leave my cat. The cabins are sheltered with an indoor section with a bed and heat lamp. Lots of climbing spaces and shelves to perch on. You can look at them before you book, and you get to settle your cat in the cabin yourself. They call straight away if there is anything unusual. My family now use them too for their older cats. Mine is an grumpy rescue girl, they understand cats and have worked with her super well.”

Jay has been my dentist for a very long time and have never had any issues with my teeth thanks to him. I’ve also had retainers made at the practice which have been amazing for keeping my teeth straight from braces. “I have been to this pharmacy for years now and I’ll admit that I can see an huge improvement since the last team left. At last the place is clean now, dust free and smell nice. The new team is friendly, fun and take the time to explain what’s happening with Pharmacy and NHS in giving us the proper informations how to obtain our prescriptions on time. I can see that they are struggling but always take the time to give us a smile and I could just come to hear the funny Swiss Man say my name with his lovely accent. “Two recent visits, one for a filling the other on an emergency basis for diagnosis of a gum condition were both excellently handled by Dr Podrenick and her team. A very high level of Covid safety procedures and extra protection during the filling made me feel 100% safe both times. The emergency visit was arranged and diagnosis followed up very swiftly. I appreciated the clear communication and care shown for me on both visits.”
