“I cannot recommend Vets for Pets in Chadwell Heath highly enough. We have been coming here for years for treatment of our 2 cats and the love and care they received is second to none. Unfortunately we recently lost our little George who was rescued by Cheryl and then adopted by my dad. The care, respect and dedication to treatment Caroline showed George from the outset was amazing and we can never thank her enough for giving us the extra precious 6 months with him. “I have been to a few dentists in the area in my life time and I have to say I have now found my favourite. All staff here are so polite, friendly and professional. I no longer feel like I am just a number. My dentist, Amin, is very good at calming nerves and is very approachable. Intitally there is a long wait list for NHS patients but its worth the wait. Unlike other dentists, Wisteria are good at seeing patients on time and not having to wait and sit for ages like my previous dentist.”

Recently had terrible tooth trouble over Christmas, received a prompt phone call back on the 28th @ 08:30 with the offer of an appointment that day. “I always receive a 5 star service whenever I visit this dental practice. Because of my job, I often find it difficult to find an appointment date that will suite me. But Joanne and the other receptionist will always go the extra mile to accommodate me. I really can't thank them enough. The lady dentist who treats me is also brilliant. Her name is Dr Hajra Bhikha ,and she will always take the time to explain to me what she will be doing as she works her way through the procedure. All in all , an excellent dental practice. “I have NOT been to a dentist in years due to fear from past experience , After putting up with a serve toothache this dentist was only minutes away from were i live i thought i would give it go. All i can say is if you are nerves person and decide dentist are not for you, then please try these. They made me feel at ease with out ANY pressure . I would highly recommend this practice. The lady i saw and her assistant was so much help and made me feel at ease. They are there every step of the way with you, and explain everything they are doing before they do it. If you are not happy with what they going do they will stop. One of the best Dentist i have seen in a long time. If you are a nervous person these are the people to over come that. “I have had top and bottom implants at this surgery, I would highly recommend this procedure. In my distant past, I could not enter a dental surgery, I was a total wreak, I had to be sedated to have any work including cleaning to actually get into a dental chair, that all changed when I started to go the this surgery. Everyone and I mean everyone are so kind and understanding, I was shaking like a leaf on my first visit, when I had teeth, but I was put at ease so quickly over the years, I finally decided to have implants, again this was a complete surprise to me, that I could do this, but the procedure itself was totally painless it is the best thing ever. Everyone is so helpful and on hand if you have any problems, which I did not. Highly recommended, I have now got all my family and a couple of friends going here. If you are scared stiff of dental visits, this is highly recommended, just tell them you are nervous and they will take from there.”
