My Colt failed its Mot, after getting some Quotes Ryan was recommended and after the quote we went with him. He collected the car, did the work and retested the Mot and dropped the car back. “We booked to have our tyres inspected / changed because one of them was going flat. Whilst the appointment took a bit longer than they had estimated, the staff were extremely helpful. They showed us a video of the nail in the tyre and explained why they couldn’t legally repair it. Unfortunately there was a mix up with the delivery of the tyres we had chosen, but they gave us tyres of the same quality / value at a discounted price checking first we were happy with that and honestly laying out the options. They kept us informed as we went along and overall were just really friendly, helpful and apologetic. We’re not local, but if we were I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. “Whilst my beloved BMW 3 series was in the care of the garage, someone had driven erratically through the industrial estate and ended up crashing into my car whilst parked. I immediately received a call from Rich telling me what had happened and invited me down to see him / the damage etc. The garage took full responsibility as it was in their care at the time, so sent my car off to a bodywork specialist to fix the damage. This also included fitting a brand new OEM light from BMW. As a gesture of goodwill, Rich lent me his own car to drive for the time being (BMW X5) and fitted 2 brand new rear shocks to my car, worth £350+. Once my car was returned, it came back as good as new like nothing had ever happened. Very good customer service, and very good mechanics! D A Whiteley autos will become my new garage for sure :)”

She didn’t try to do what she thought was best but discussed any suggestions with me first. The colour is amazing. She was conscientious and really showed attention to detail. It took a long time but it is by far the best colour I have ever had and I have had my hair dyed for the last 14 years. The cut looks great and I walked out feeling amazing. I loved the atmosphere. It felt very relaxed and homely with lots of chat and banter amongst staff and customers but she also respected that I’m not much of a chatter (I talk a lot for work so nice to sit in peace) and she just let me read my book and not bombard me with small talk like most hairdressers.
