Inspire: Luton Sports Village
● Closed“Paul&Debra Routledge My wife and I haven been using the village for many years my wife douse classes (float fit/palartis /aqua fit and any other classs she can book) my grand children use swimming and diving . I mainly use the gym for cardio and waights . I have been using a gym for more than some 40 years and never seen boys of 16 years of age being allowed to be squatting 3 plates (140kg) with one of your gym guys egging him on at that age he will have problems with legs back and joints .also the noise levels are upsetting to the lady's. All your guys and girls that work don't seem to have any concern for any safe form of lifting or machine use .Other gym users are showing new people the correct way to lift . There's a group of 4/5 lads around 16/17 still in school that have zero gym etiquette never sanitize after use also show inappropriate behavior on a personal level with each other. As there are 5 of them they hog a machine for far longer than is fair .l love our gym with the new machines and space I believe it to be the best family vercility in Bedfordshire all your people on the desk are always smiling with a happy word . I use the village 4/5 times a week I have major back and joint issues but I leave the gym smiling pain free !! I hope I am not sounding to critical but some one is going to get hurt . I thank you for a clean well equiped gym with easy access and free parking at a better than fair membership cost My best Paul MMA record the leads to the”

Charlton Lido and Lifestyle Club
● Closed“A wonderful outdoor Olympic (50m) size lido in south-east London. Extremely clean and heated year round making winter swimming possible, even without a wetsuit. Inside and outdoor changing facilities. Friendly staff and a nice mix of local leisure bathers and a friendly swimming community make for a very nice relaxed atmosphere. Some swimming and triathlon clubs train here too. There's a full Better gym on-site (which can be used for an extra fee) and something quite unique, an outdoor spin studio overlooking the pools. Some of the spin instructors are very entertaining as they motivate their classes :). You will definitely leave feeling refreshed and happier than when you arrived.”

LSBU Active Sports Centre
● Closed“A good university gym that has everything I need for a workout. The gym has been temporarily relocated while the main building is being renovated, but there is a much reduced membership (£10-£15 per month) in the meantime as the gym area is smaller and there are less machines. I don't use them, but there are also fitness classes. Convenient to my workplace, modern machines, not too busy during the day. Looking forward to when the renovations are finished. Gym is available on PAYG (Hussle app), but better value to do a full membership while prices are reduced.”
