Ruislip Physiotherapy Sports and Spinal Clinic
● Closed“Alex Marr has been fantastic in helping me to deal with an elbow injury I suffered 4 years ago. Doctors and physios told me in 2018 I'd have to live with the injury. Alex's review of the injury, exercise programme and positive advice has helped to play sport without the pain and worry that previously affected me. I would unreservedly recommend Alex to anyone in need of professional, physiotherapy. THANK YOU ALEX!”

Warrior Fiit London sport Pt
● Closed“I used to do muai thai kickboxing many years ago. Following a injury to my hip I had to stop. I never thought I'd be able to engage in this sport I love so much. Well, until I started training with Jimmy about 5 months ago. His understanding of the body, injury prevention and rehabilitation, really helped. The range of movement in my hip continues to get better and stronger. I am faster, stronger, my technique continues to improve. I really connected well with Jimmys style of training, as its about training like a athlete, the discipline and commitment. Also his passion for the sport. When I think about where I started when I first started training with Jimmy to where I am now, I feel very thankful, plus proud of my journey and I am excited to continue progressing my skills in this sport I love very much! And its all because of the sessions with Jimmy, so thank you so much for being the best and always believing that I can do it! I always feel like a total champion after our sessions!”

Bodylogics Physio, Sports Massage, Osteopaths & Acupuncture Barnet
● Closed“I had sports injury on my shoulder. 6+ months of physiotherapy did not help at all. I was starting to think that my shoulder was never going to heal, so I decided to give classic acupuncture a go. Adam's been highly professional - he customised the treatment and paid lots of attention to the feedback. He fixed my shoulder in a few sessions. I highly recommend Adam and his classic acupuncture techniques to anyone undergoing muscle pain, it's been a great experience! He is a star, thank you!!!”

He really understands what is needed to perform at a high level and the rehab required. Thanks Sam you are amazing”

Huge variety of classes, energetic/motivating trainers (Adam's 20-count is forever burned into my subconscious), high-quality equipment, and a no-nonsense venue that only adds to the gritty workouts. I've signed up for group classes, one-to-ones, and joint sessions. Highly recommend any and all of them. This place is exemplary in every sense.”

Despite small problems at the beginning (our son decided he didn't want to attend the trainings), we got full support and help with resolving this issue. The positive impact on my son's physical and mental development could be seen after first two weeks and with every training he is better and better. His behaviour also changed. He become to be reasonable, happy to listen and cooperate. His self discipline and confidence skyrocket.”

Inspire: Luton Sports Village
● Closed“Paul&Debra Routledge My wife and I haven been using the village for many years my wife douse classes (float fit/palartis /aqua fit and any other classs she can book) my grand children use swimming and diving . I mainly use the gym for cardio and waights . I have been using a gym for more than some 40 years and never seen boys of 16 years of age being allowed to be squatting 3 plates (140kg) with one of your gym guys egging him on at that age he will have problems with legs back and joints .also the noise levels are upsetting to the lady's. All your guys and girls that work don't seem to have any concern for any safe form of lifting or machine use .Other gym users are showing new people the correct way to lift . There's a group of 4/5 lads around 16/17 still in school that have zero gym etiquette never sanitize after use also show inappropriate behavior on a personal level with each other. As there are 5 of them they hog a machine for far longer than is fair .l love our gym with the new machines and space I believe it to be the best family vercility in Bedfordshire all your people on the desk are always smiling with a happy word . I use the village 4/5 times a week I have major back and joint issues but I leave the gym smiling pain free !! I hope I am not sounding to critical but some one is going to get hurt . I thank you for a clean well equiped gym with easy access and free parking at a better than fair membership cost My best Paul MMA record the leads to the”
