Ruislip Physiotherapy Sports and Spinal Clinic
“Alex Marr has been fantastic in helping me to deal with an elbow injury I suffered 4 years ago. Doctors and physios told me in 2018 I'd have to live with the injury. Alex's review of the injury, exercise programme and positive advice has helped to play sport without the pain and worry that previously affected me. I would unreservedly recommend Alex to anyone in need of professional, physiotherapy. THANK YOU ALEX!”

Warrior Fiit London sport Pt
“I used to do muai thai kickboxing many years ago. Following a injury to my hip I had to stop. I never thought I'd be able to engage in this sport I love so much. Well, until I started training with Jimmy about 5 months ago. His understanding of the body, injury prevention and rehabilitation, really helped. The range of movement in my hip continues to get better and stronger. I am faster, stronger, my technique continues to improve. I really connected well with Jimmys style of training, as its about training like a athlete, the discipline and commitment. Also his passion for the sport. When I think about where I started when I first started training with Jimmy to where I am now, I feel very thankful, plus proud of my journey and I am excited to continue progressing my skills in this sport I love very much! And its all because of the sessions with Jimmy, so thank you so much for being the best and always believing that I can do it! I always feel like a total champion after our sessions!”

“My 3 year old son looks forward to his Playball class each week. The structured lessons have helped to develop his listening and turn taking skills. I have seen huge improvements in his throwing, catching, jumping and running skills. Coach Grant is wonderful! He is so patient with the children. I would highly recommend this class to any 3-4 year olds.”
London Dynasty Cheer - London Cheerleading Team
“Having not done cheer for a number of years, I was nervous to start again. I shouldn’t have worried one bit. LDC has been the most welcoming, friendly and fun cheer team. The coaches are great, making sure all work hard to perform at our best but also supportive and willing to spend the time to help you improve. The rest of the team are so fun and I feel I have made about 27 new great friends from this. I come back from practise each week with a massive smile on my face. Can’t wait to see what this season brings”

Bodylogics Physio, Sports Massage, Osteopaths & Acupuncture Barnet
“I had sports injury on my shoulder. 6+ months of physiotherapy did not help at all. I was starting to think that my shoulder was never going to heal, so I decided to give classic acupuncture a go. Adam's been highly professional - he customised the treatment and paid lots of attention to the feedback. He fixed my shoulder in a few sessions. I highly recommend Adam and his classic acupuncture techniques to anyone undergoing muscle pain, it's been a great experience! He is a star, thank you!!!”

“I have Berne working with Sam Birch on injuries sustained playing rugby. I would say he line of the best physio’s that I have worked with. Not only did he get me back playing for my club but he improved my strength and conditioning so I came back a stronger, fitter and more agile. He really understands what is needed to perform at a high level and the rehab required. Thanks Sam you are amazing”

“Box Clever is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. Huge variety of classes, energetic/motivating trainers (Adam's 20-count is forever burned into my subconscious), high-quality equipment, and a no-nonsense venue that only adds to the gritty workouts. I've signed up for group classes, one-to-ones, and joint sessions. Highly recommend any and all of them. This place is exemplary in every sense.”
The London Wing Chun Academy
“I've trained here for a few months now, and feel it's an excellent place to train. I've trained at several martial arts clubs over the years, both good and not so good. I'm pleased to say that London Wing Chun Academy is one of the best places I ever trained. Great instructors, really observant, supportive and knowledgeable. The type of training really works got me, because it includes plenty of practical application, and a good amount of pad work. It's a really welcoming place to train too, a good spirit amongst those that train there. Finally, it's a well-equipped centre with plenty of bags, wooden dummies, and a weights section. I wish I'd started training here earlier!”
Swimming Lessons London @ The Circle spa
“I cannot speak too highly of Swimming Lessons London’s teaching techniques and teacher Theo in particular. I was past retirement age when I decided that I must overcome my long held fear of the water, and it was only a matter of a few lessons with Theo before I began to gain confidence. Theo was incredibly patient, helpful and encouraging and systematically worked on improving my capability, technique and stamina. It all goes to show that it’s never too late to start, no matter how old you are. Highly recommended for everyone.”

“Joining Wutian institute was the best thing we did for our 4yo so far. Coaches are professional and friendly. Despite small problems at the beginning (our son decided he didn't want to attend the trainings), we got full support and help with resolving this issue. The positive impact on my son's physical and mental development could be seen after first two weeks and with every training he is better and better. His behaviour also changed.
