The shocks arrived, and although they worked perfectly, we're still a little too firm for me as I suffer with my lower back. I spoke again with Dave, who advised to return them and they would adjust the spring weight and preload for me. The bike is now transformed, and I can quite happily ride without fear of hitting potholes or bumps in the road. I couldn't recommend Hagon enough. Very different to other madaaris, where the teachers just stroll in, teach a spontaneous lesson and leave. Teachers here are required to dedicate a lot of time and thought into how they conduct lessons and impart knowledge. This is what the children need and deserve.
