“Twickenham Veterinary Surgery offer a really personal service. I like it because it is not a chain of surgeries. Mostly the vets have been there a long time and you get to know them, so they know you and your pets. When one of my cats was run over and killed, one of the vets rang me to say how sorry she was. I was really touched. I feel I can trust their recommendations and they will make sure treatment is really necessary and not offered to make money. It's not my nearest vets, but well worth going out of your way to join them.”

“I had my surgery for a total left hip replacement at west Middlesex hospital on the 5th August 2020. Arjuna was my surgeon and looked after me with his team from day 1. I was the first day surgery case patient for a total hip replacement at the hospital (which is exploring new ways of working given the Covid environment backdrop). My personal experience with the team at west Middlesex has been fantastic and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great unit and indeed a great surgeon / consultant for surgery. The initial consultation for sign off for surgery, the pre - operative assessment and talking through the surgery procedure were all carried out with a high level of due care and clinical excellence. I felt as a patient that the over riding priority was achieving a great clinical outcome for me and my surgery. The day of the surgery was very well co ordinated and went smoothly. Admission was straightforward, I was administered local Anaesthetic and the surgery took around 2 hours. I arrived at 7.30am and was discharged around 7pm the same day. Just brilliant. Since discharge I have been in constant contact with Arjuna and the team and the physio unit. I have also had two follow up appointments where Arjuna has held office himself directly. I am now nearly 7 weeks post surgery and progressing well and will be back to see In 3 months time for an assessment and x ray on the new joint. Thank you to Arjuna and the whole west Middlesex team for their care and passion. They have cleverly demonstrated the high value of keeping these important services local. “Visited The clinic as I was in so much pain with my back and neck and I received a 5* service . Josh is so friendly ,professional and very knowledgeable. He could see that I was nervous but as he was getting my medical history his friendly nature put me at ease and he quickly got to the root course of my pain ,which as enable me to carry on with my life which is wonderful ! so Thank you Josh .The clinic is inviting and very clean .if you need to see a osteopath ,I highly recommend him I personally wouldn’t see anyone else .”

“I can't believe the comments on this pharmacy. We have been using it for the last 6 months and they could not be more helpful or accommodating. I'm not sure if the people running it have recently taken over from those referred to in the other reviews, but they have been unfailingly helpful with us and have liaised with the doctors surgery to ensure that my mother has has the right medication at all times and sometimes (she has been very ill) at very short notice. I would recommend them unreservedly.”
