“Family orientated club. I have been going on and off for over 30 years now. It’s a great second home to all kids and adults alike. If you’re an adult and want to get fit yourself, get back into it or just meet others trying the sport out then it’s a great place to go. If you want to set your child(ren) up for life with basic skill such as, co-ordination, strength, flexibility, and general fitness, get them along. I’m already taking my 20 month old daughter along to the parent and toddler classes and she loves it (soft play with structure). Can’t recommend it highly enough.”

“Play football up here weekly. Pitches are great for all weather and parking is good to. From what I can see the gym facilities look great with a swimming pool too. The staff are always friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking to undertake any sports activities”

“Attended a child's birthday party event here. Was thoroughly impressed with the swimming pool, good size, clean, warm temperature, lots of floats and things for the kids to play with, excellent safety and a nice little room on the side where they cut the cake and had a little party. Overall really impressed. Oh and the grounds for the school are lovely too! Easy parking available as well.”

“Severe sleep problems I have had severe sleep problems for decades and tried everything from medication to overnight sleep studies and nothing has worked. I woke up to 7 times a night and suffered with insomnia. After Sia’s treatment I have had many nights where I have slept all night, which is miraculous. I have more energy and I am happier. “I think the classes are really good. All the coaches are very professional and very dynamic. I absolutely love the spin classes. I have been to many other providers in London and these spin classes are the best in my opinion. I like that the atmosphere is so supportive between members too, it just feels good to be in those classes. Maybe the gym area is a bit small, I do not use the changing rooms as I live nearby. I am yet to go to the swimming pool.”

“My first time back in the gym for a good few years. The receptionist was amazing and very helpful with my bombardment of questions. Even though I only used the pool for my first visit, I will deffo go back there for the sake of the pool, but have yet to try there gym area. Cant wait for my next visit.”
