Our host Terry was very informative and incredibly patient answering all of the children’s questions (and there were a lot of questions). “Review 2 August 2022 Just want to say yet again how impressed I am with Romford MOT Centre, Barry has personally taken interest in the back door lock problems of my beloved camper van and some other technical stuff including electric windows switch replacement. He is patient and informative. After ordering new parts from Fiat he and his team have made my barn doors safe and useable again as well as my window switches. Nothing has been too much trouble for him, they even spent time putting the doors back safely so I could go on holiday before I returned when the new locks came in from Italy. They could not do enough for me, and unlike other garages, he showed me everything that had been done. I know I can return anytime and it's under warrantee. Such a good price too. I'm just so grateful to the team. Thanks Barry! Review 1 (2021) Really impressed with the guys here. After a problem with odometer flashing mileage on my camper van when changed the battery, I called them randomly to see if they could help as no other garage could. They told me to pop in anytime. I did so and for £30.00 they sorted it and updated software. Bearing in mind I was given quotes between £300 and £800 to fix from other garages. They were helpful and friendly. Would definitely go again.”

“Brilliant NHS Sevices by the NELFT including Community Podiatry Services, Phlebotomy (Blood Test), Tissue Viability Service and Physiotherapy. Have been using this service for more than 5 years and very happy with it! Reception & Booking Team and Clinicians are very friendly and professional! Excellent service! Even though this centre does have GP Surgeries but these are outside of NELFT. Many reviews being left here are for GP Surgery which, I believe, doesn't reflect the overall service!”

“We have visited the accorn centre for around the last 2years now and seen a number of diffrent teams. I have found the staff helpful and informative, I've also found them willing to listen to what it is I'm asking and give guidance where nessasary. Every team my now 3 and half year old has seen have been considerate of him and always interacted with him in a playful age appropriate way. We have just had our youngest refered to the accorn centre and he had his first app recently with a diffrent pediatrian. Again he was thoughtful and considerate as well as good qt listening to my concerns. Appointments are hard to get however I feel this is the same everywhere due to the major backlog. We have somtimes got success through cancellation lists. It should be known these apps will be short notice . But can be helpful!”

“I had MAF issue with my vauxhall vivaro for weeks. I was abit too far to travel to get to Steve, but he was more than happy to help me out over the phone. That is a real blessing in today's world. A helpful and very knowledgeable professional. This guy knows his stuff. He gave me advice and pointers and solved my MAF issue. Top service, top bloke, cant be grateful enough.”

We are also very happy with the learning environment within the nursery. Albert loves going to nursery on nursery days and always goes in and comes out with a huge smile on his face. The way the nursery has dealt with the extra stress of COVID 19 is also a credit to you and the whole team. The new procedures and adaptations the nursery have introduced are all very clear and easy to follow and enforced. Thank you for keeping Albert safe and helping his development. “This vets — unlike many others in busy town settings — is easy to drive to just outside Romford and near Upminster. Set in quiet pretty countryside On the edge of a farm, there is plenty of easy free parking and a lovely relaxed clean-air atmosphere. I need this calmness when I take my anxious pet for attention! The staff are professional and caring . They seem to be up with the latest knowledge in what your pet needs and I am very happy that my cat Pixie now gets probably better attention than I do! “An underrated store in my opinion. So many times I have gone in here and found what I need, often at a much better price. Best example being Cuprinol Shades paint - was £4 for a tiny tester pot in b&q and I think we bought multiple 1 litre tins of paint for £6! Got the garden fences done for an absolute bargain!”
