“Great service from Ronnie and the team in Kwik Fit South Harrow. Called them of the of chance they had a particular tire in store when I found a nail on my mums tire in the morning. I strongly suspected that it was not repairable due to the position of where the nail pierced the tire. Called them at 10:45am and they confirmed they had the correct tire in store. They reacted immediately and were happy and accommodating enough to do the work the same day. The car tire was replaced within an hour of calling them. Excellent service and to add further customer value they gave a small but very much appreciated discount making the cost more average without the the need to wait for a cheaper repair. My mum is elderly and was also delighted with the service received. I would not hesitate to use this particular Kwik Fit in a heartbeat should I need any other work done on any of our cars in the future. A* service all round thanks !”

“Very good, new sports centre. I've only used the pool so I'm only reviewing it. Excellent changing facilities with two accessible changing rooms, one with hoist and table for disabled adults. Poolside the floor is textured and non slip. Plenty of lifeguards around and they're very quick when needed.”

The staff are also highly trained and I would like to thank them all for their hard and dedicated work. My child stayed at helix for 6 months and was able to completely change his attitude. “GPS are brilliant. They are caring and straightforward. Felt supported. As long you're able to articulate you're health needs and know when you need a gp or urgent care or A&E the system works. And you have to learn the booking online system and keep asking the receptionist who are ready to update you and assist. On how to access the website.”

“I have a self propelled wheelchair and had found the wheels were not gripping the road surface safely, not a good experience in London's streets! I was seen by two of their technicians and got two new larger wheels fitted with a better time that was much better than before. It was a great service,we talked about some technical issues that I understand as I used to ride various bikes when I wasn't disabled and had an enjoyable experience whilst they were fitted and an enjoyable and engaging experience. They provide a good service provision in the Borough of Harrow and I know other users who say the same thing. Also they have a home visit service for general maintenance and repair of many different types of wheelchair. In the current climate of council grant cuts and the demands they meet,I cannot speak highly enough of the work that they do and demand they meet, I thank the staff sincerely.”
