They are fully stocked all the time and the staff are genuinely nice guys who understand what you are looking for (even if you don't yourself). Every time I go to them I have a pleasant greeting and receive good advice on how to use the products or what flavours and strengths I might like. The prices are decent and they even have a generous loyalty scheme that keeps me coming back every time. Is located right next to West Brompton Station and only a short walk from Earl's Court so perfect for getting into the centre of London and anywhere across the city. Some lovely pubs opposite and close by and lots of places to eat in the area. We arrived early to ask to leave our bags and were told our room was ready, which was fantastic. We also needed some tickets printing and Aliah on the front desk could not have been more helpful. Excellent service and a good comfortable hotel for a short stay, if booked early then excellent value too, highly recommended.”

The only disadvantage of it is that a chocolate is £4 and if you want a flavour, it's an additional £2. For a small cup of hot chocolate £6 is too much compared to other big brand coffee stores, but the taste of chocolate was nice.”

● Open“I finally arrived at the hostel at 3am after a long night in London customs. Thankfully a staff member was awake and let me in pass check in time. Slept soundly till check out. The morning staff member was more than happy to store my luggage while I explored the university museum next door. Staff was 10 out of 10! Joyful attitudes. Place is a on the older so fair warning it is several stairs up to the dorms. For the price and location, its a nice place!”
