"We came here last month. The food is expensive but normally nice. But this time we ordered 4 starters and waited an hour for them to arrive. When they did finally arrive, they were cold! I think the chef made the food and left it there and forgot about it! The staff were helpful when we told them we had a problem. They took the food away but all the chef seemed to do was reheat the food in the microwave! Also the waiters were very quick to take away the plates even though there was still some food left on them! The peanut mix and poppadoms were the only decent thing we had. When u are spending £70/£80 on food it should at least be hot! This place has gone downhill. Very disappointed!"

"Tamara Lounge, good friendly staff and good food. Only had food so can’t comment about shisha. There were a lot of options as they have Indian Chinese and Lebanese menus. They have gluten free options in the Indian and Lebanese menus but not in Chinese. Overall food was good, no arguments there. The mixed grill can fill you up for the whole day, the soup and prawns have got good flavour. This place is a strong 4 star place."

"Food was excellent, we ordered many dishes and all were perfect. Shesha’s were off. Flavours ordered were different from what we tasted. Raised the issue, but no solution. Customer service was okay ish. Some staff were really nice and others were rude or very non-friendly. Table service was poor. We constantly had to call staff over for various reasons. If they work on this it can get better. Overall vibe was good."
