“I came across Silhouette by chance whilst frantically trying to find a prom dress for my daughter. I turned up unannounced and Michelle was an absolute treasure making time to see me to discuss my needs and then managed to find time on another day for my daughter and I to visit her shop to look at her dresses. Having met my daughter Michelle completely got what she wanted and why, which was great. We now have a very happy young lady , a beautiful dress and shop we will definitely visit again. “If only there were 6 stars! Mini Rodini is fabulous, yes, but at the end of the day, a retail shop is only as good as its people. From my first visit to the store my toddler and I were made to feel at home. They welcomed her, offering immediately to close the shop door to the side wall so that she could run freely around the store. (Thoughtful!) They are personable, helpful and very kind. Rogerio is amazing at suggesting pieces for her knowing what I like, keeps you in the know for specials in London and will always hold a size for you to pick up. The team has made me even more loyal to the brand, and now I shop solely in store versus online. Obrigada!”

“Fantastic products and great customer care too. I was gifted the little chick london baby crib and can honestly say it was amazing! I had looked into alternatives before seeing this crib but a lot of the reviews I read all said that babies outgrew them by 4 months and many parents then felt forced into moving their baby into their own room due to lack of space. My daughter was able to sleep next to me but in her own space until she was 7 months old and could have continued sleeping there for another 2 or so months had it not been my decision to move her into her own room. The sides of the crib are mesh so I never worried about breathing issues and the crib folded very easily for the times I felt I needed extra space (could easily have been put up and down throughout the day). The Scandinavian style was modern and appealing to me too! A truly fantastic product that I’d recommend over and over again. The company themselves have always been incredibly helpful, efficient with dispatching orders and have always provided with me with excellent customer service and their products are very well priced in comparison with competitors. “5 star service and if I could rate the staff more stars I would! Honestly better service here than famous/luxury department store in Knightsbridge who had messed up my order. So called up Totland and to my surprise they could source the stroller that I wanted. Amazing service - ordered the pram late Tuesday afternoon and arrived at my home on Thursday. Very quick shipping! I didn't know that Totland stocked this particular brand otherwise I would have bought straight from there. Now that I know I will always contact Totland to check if they can order the items for me. The staff here make sure that everything is ordered perfectly and correctly and hassle free just a simple phone call. I also bought my pram set from Totland over a year ago before my baby was born and again had excellent service. Pricing always reasonable and unbeatable. Totland really can source and order any brand or item you are looking for and the service and price are fantastic! Highly recommend - support local who really care about their livelihood and customers unlike the big stores!!”

“We absolutely loved this shop. They have several branches in the market, and the one we went to was on the ground floor behind all the food stores near the canal itself. The staff were amazing (a cute, very well dressed guy with shoulder length hair who we think was Spanish, and a lovely Italian girl who had more of a French accent and a big smile) and gave great advice on what would or would not suit us. I was after a waistcoat for my wedding and they had exactly what I was looking for, and in the end I also took a jacket and trousers. The prices are really competitive - around £240 for a cool, 3 piece tweed suit is amazing. One of my fave shops now.”

“Very impressed with this site, love the clothes and their customer service is excellent. I ordered a jacket a few weeks ago which was dispatched by them very quickly but then got stuck in a Royal Mail centre and still seems to be there. I let Izabel London know and they instantly replied and sent a replacement via a different courier which arrived within 24 hours. Couldn't get better service than this. I will continue to both use and recommend this site.”

“I went for one night with a friend for a special occasion and everything was amazing. We received an upgrade from the house to a family room. It had two queen beds and two bathrooms, just for two of us! At the arrival, there was an amazing bottle of Prosecco, a card and some chocolate strawberries waiting for us to celebrate our special occasion. The bed was very comfortable and was a shame when I had to leave early.. I would have loved to have a lie- in! The lobby manager Anna was very professional and kind. I really enjoyed my stay and I hope to get back as soon as possible.”

“Very helpful chaps. I strolled in wearing an old but well kept three piece grey suit (which I intended to use for my neurosurgical FRCS examinations). I asked their advice on the cut and if I should change things. Their honest opinion was very much needed. They advised me to keep the suit. They did not ask me to buy anything but gave an honest appraisal of my attire. They did advise me to buy new shoes which I did from Jones. Highly recommend (NB: I did pass the examinations).”

Spa facilities are of a high standard with a good sized pool and steam room, excellent changing rooms too. We were very impressed by the room, quite a big size for a hotel and nice to have a bath and shower. We would recommend a stay here, new year was wonderful to welcome in here.”
