Nando's Richmond
● Closed“Needed a table for 3, slight wait of 20 minutes, which I was informed about up front. Lovely hostess who on noticing I had a sore throat gave me a glass of water, really kind of her. Friends arrived and we were shown to the table. Used the app to order which us simple and straightforward. They had run out of corn so we were asked to choose an alternative, this was accomplished without fuss. Food arrived, hot and exactly as asked for. Service was swift, polite and didn't disturb our evening. Food we ordered was delicious and drinks were chilled.”

Dental Surgery
● Open“During my treatment Dr. Amir was always very professional, kind hearted and knowledgeable. I really feel for Dr. Amir as he loves his profession and current dental research. He fixed my lack of sensation within a short space of time in 2005. Unfortunately I went to Australia and did not finish my treatment. I now have dental issues plus neurological symptoms from long Covid. I am relying on Dr. Amir to fix this. Really hoping that the GDC change their stance the about suspension. Wishing Dr. Amir all the best and a huge thank you to him for his help.”

The Treatment Rooms London- Hair Transplant Clinic
● Closed“I had consultations at a couple of Harley St. hair clinics, but I wasn’t filled with confidence - both felt like I was getting a hard sell rather than an attentive and informative consulation. I tried the Treatment Rooms and was immediately at ease that Dr Vara, who did my initial consultation, would be the person carrying-out the procedure. He answered all and any questions I had and was completely honest about the potential results. On the day, the procedure was actually incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Dr Vara, Dr Fernando and their entire team were incredibly friendly, great fun, highly knowledgeable and consummate professionals - my comfort was their highest concern and nothing was too much trouble. The procedure was literally pain-free. Even the initial aneasthetic injections were barely noticeable due to their novel distraction technique. I’m now a few days into my recovery - there’s still no discomfort at all and the results are looking great. Their aftercare has been comprehensive with full instructions on what I need to do and I know I’m able to contact Dr Vara personally should I have any questions or concerns at all. I had been considering a transplant for a couple of years, but within minutes of meeting Dr Vara any hesitation disappeared and I’m so pleased I went ahead. I can’t wait to see the final results! The Treatment Rooms exceeded my expectations in every respect and I really couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Absolute legends!”

Interior Design Concepts Ltd
● Closed“This company is simply amazing. We had a really complex kitchen project and had been to six kitchen companies and their corresponding designers to get a design done (some cheaper, some significantly more expensive than Interior Design Concepts). Our impression was always the same: their input was limited and, as we learn about kitchen constraints, they always had mistakes in the design that if we hadn’t notice it would have been a disaster. With Lily (IDC designer) everything was different. She started asking for “hard constraints” (ie budget amongst other things) and unlike others who would push that in the end, Lily didn’t. She worked with that and spent enormous amounts of time looking at alternatives that would create a beautiful but full of functionality design whilst still keeping the constraints. But it didn’t finish there. When it came to installing the kitchen she followed everything from beginning to end. I lost count of how many times she came to the house to check. By the way, the installer she sent, Mario, was excellent too. At some point they even realised our builder had made two obvious mistakes with the electrics (something the builder rather than them should have known!). It was too late to correct them but she was the one who came up with alternatives that would anyway make the whole project work. Anyway, as a final word: Lily is amazing, we ended up with a beautiful kitchen (that was worth waiting for) and she took away from me enormous amounts of headaches. 10 out of 10”

Cafe Yukari
● Closed“Customer service is excellent. There was a lovely lady working there! I ordered an iced matcha latte and jasmine tea. The matcha latte was not sickly sweet and it was just right like the Japanese way. One lady even gave me a free complimentary biscuit. If you are fan of japanese drinks I would HIGHLY recommend. One of the best and you won't regret it :)”

Ma Cuisine
● Closed“A cosy French resto in Kew! Their menu is written in English and offers elegant, tasty dishes such as roasted Barbary duck breast with cardamom jus and peach and lettuce. Their starters of rabbit and pork terrine with gherkins and raspberry vinaigrette .. simply delish! There’s outdoor seating and cosy indoor seating during winter. Interesting interiors, unusual French ambience. If you don’t have time for a Eurostar ride across the channel but you’re craving the delicacies of French cuisine, this is the place. Open for both lunch and dinner. On-street parking. Just a short walk from Kew station if coming by train. Strongly recommended.”

Cafe Macarong
● Closed10 Station Parade, Richmond TW9 3PZ, United Kingdom“Lovely spot for a coffee and cake – but it’s more than a café stop. They have books for you to read! This place provides a soothing sanctuary of calm for those looking for a place of rest and reflection. And it’s just yards away from Kew station. Serves fantastic coffee. Inexpensive. We love their incredibly tasty food, such a huge array of vegetarian and vegan options. Nice friendly atmosphere. Yes go browse the shelves or your newly-purchased reads while you sip a latte and chat with the owners about their most highly-recommended books of the moment. Kew Bookshop is just opposite.”

The Queen's Head, Kingston
● Open144 Richmond Road, Kingston Upon Thames KT2 5HA, United Kingdom“Lovely weekend lunch! The menu isn't extensive but there is enough choice and nobody felt they had to compromise. The kids menu was very good, plenty of options to cater for simpler and more adventurous tastes. The triple cooked chips, these days almost a pub cliché, are worthy of a special mention! Clean plates all around. What more can you ask for?”

Aparthotel Adagio London Brentford
● Open“I will come back to Adagio Aparthotel. Although my time in the hotel has been very short during the day, because i spent most of my time in London, the hours i’ve been in there, i haven’t come by any problem. Everything was 10 out of 10, and specially the Service and more precisely William. I asked him about the best route to London and through the city and he recommended me various options that turned out to be very good. Kudos to him.”

Chamberland Residential
● Open“10/10 recommend— Renee is absolutely lovely, she was incredibly friendly and professional when showing me properties and was able to answer all of my questions on the spot and even on the weekends almost immediately after me emailing her. Every flat I saw with her was in immaculate condition— clean, well kept and looked exactly like the photos. Furthermore I did not feel any pressure to make a decision in terms of putting an offer and she was also happy to allow me to view the properties again before deciding. Amanda has now taken over in terms of managing the tenancy and she too has been great— like Renee, very knowledgeable and quick to answer questions and ensured I was fully comfortable with everything before finalizing my tenancy agreement. Really great service, thank you!”

Refuel Bar & Restaurant
● Closed“The Refuel Bar & Restaurant is a delightful place to have a drink or meal with friends, before a show or cocktail before moving on elsewhere. We were looking for a place away from the Soho crowds and having called them within five minutes we had a table for 6. The cocktails were lovely, well presented and very tasty. The staff were respectful and excellent in service. The design of the bar and surrounding area is elegantly thought out and the imagery behind the bar is awesome. Highly recommended – a little hidden gem in Soho, close to bars, China Town and theatres.”

East Putney Tavern
● Closed“What a fantastic little pub. A short walk from East Putney tube station, it's a sprawling pub over 3 levels with a beer garden out the back. The staff were wonderful: very friendly, cheerful and helpful and happy to chat. The pub was very clean and tidy with lots of seating Including some very comfortable looking sofas. And if you're interested, they show the six nations rugby. I know I don't mention food very much, but the beef brisket nuggets with caper mayo was absolutely brilliant. The Guinness was excellent as was the Wimbledon Brewery's Copper Leaf. I usually take pics of the ales/bitters on offer to indicate their availability, but I forgot to do that have - they sell ales/bitters.”

144 On The Hill Restaurant and Bar
● Open“I took my partner here for afternoon tea on his birthday. We had an excellent time. The staff - Roxanne and Chris - went out of their way to welcome us and to make the experience feel special. The afternoon tea itself was fantastic with beautiful freshly prepared sandwiches and fresh warm scones (baked in-house). Highly recommend for dinner, lunch or a special occasion - we’ll be back soon!”
