I decided to get moving again but because of my large size, I wanted to get a pair of running shoes that would avoid an injury and fitted correctly. I was seen by Luke who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and generous with his time. I tried on many pairs, each with a short run on a treadmill to video my feet. I feel confident that I've got the right shoes to start running, and he even price matched another retailer. What an amazing place, thank you so much.”

● Closed“We visited the store yesterday for a last-minute school shoe shop, Lawrence served my son and I, he took great care measuring my sons shoe size, and showed us a good selection of school shoes. My son picked out a pair he liked, Lawrence returned with 2 sizes of the shoe to try on, after careful checking, he recommended the larger size after a walk around. Lawrence was attentive and interested in the interaction with my son during the visit, his customer service was perfect, im hoping he is there on our next visit! Lawrence deserves recognition for his hard working ethic and brilliant people skills, I hope he is being well looked after, hes one to keep!!”

● Closed“Went in there this morning with my Grandson who has additional needs, and we was greeted by Kerry, and she was amazing with Riley, she measured his feet, the trainers he wanted had laces which he can not do, so they offered to put elastic laces in which would be easier, the other young lady who was working in there as well,( I don't remember her name sorry) brought the shoes out put the new laces in for me, they was so helpful, and dealt with Riley really well, making the experience stress free. The shop was very clean, and I was told about the promotions they was doing. Would definitely recommend this shop. Thank you for making this experience a happy one for me and Riley.”

The workshop team were incredibly helpful and patient - answering my questions about how to safely assemble and attach the wheel, and helping me when I get stuck putting the new tires on my wheels. Walked out of the store with my bike fully operational, and genuinely would not have been able to do it without their support. Friendly and incredibly helpful workshop team - grateful especially to Julian for his guidance on setting up the wheels and brakes safely, Lewis for his professional attitude and support, and Veronika and Martino for their elbow grease to help get the tyres on the wheels. Incredibly helpful team.”
