Unable to fit into my shoes or boots due to a fracture caused by a bunion I turned to them for help and was not disappointed!!! The time they took and particularly Steve who had talked to me on the phone beforehand was extensive and although I was a very reluctant difficult customer to please I came away with boots as if I was walking on air! Superb customer service x First Class!!”

Lady in shoe zone (I didnt get her name) was amazing she went above and beyond spoke to my daughter with so much patience and understanding and whent upstairs and got every pair of ankle boot she could find in the right size and brought them down. My daughter picked a boot straight away and she left with a smile on her face I can not thank the lady enough!”
