Lady in shoe zone (I didnt get her name) was amazing she went above and beyond spoke to my daughter with so much patience and understanding and whent upstairs and got every pair of ankle boot she could find in the right size and brought them down. My daughter picked a boot straight away and she left with a smile on her face I can not thank the lady enough!”
