Assad, the practice manager, and the team are always professional, friendly, honest and you always leave with a smile on your face- whatever treatment you’ve had. We’ve never felt any pain whilst being treated and only necessary work is ever done. Sometimes you may have to wait for an appointment but I know that is because Assad and the team give everyone the time they need and if you are the person in the chair who is taking a bit longer, then you are grateful for that extra time and attention. The cafe is VERY clean, and they offer high quality products even though the options are limited but given the situation with Covid and its negative impact on hospitality sector, it is totally understandable. She is always more than happy to jump out of the car when I drop her off and each staff member greets her with genuine enthusiasm and affection - which, being a springer spaniel she returns in full measure! “Beautiful caring staff, lovely situation, the only place I will ever leave my cat. The cabins are sheltered with an indoor section with a bed and heat lamp. Lots of climbing spaces and shelves to perch on. You can look at them before you book, and you get to settle your cat in the cabin yourself. They call straight away if there is anything unusual. My family now use them too for their older cats. Mine is an grumpy rescue girl, they understand cats and have worked with her super well.”
