The vet Darren and the receptionist Liz were very helpful in keeping me updated with his condition explaining everything to me. Even when it was time for him to go I was treated with up most compassion and he was treated with the up most care. I would have no hesitation in recommending this vets.”

“Had a few issues with cancellations due to covid and staffing at the start, which happens. The staff dealt with re-booking really well, called and left messages, also had the text message reminders for my appointments. The reception at front desk is very friendly (has been Nicola/nicky I've seen mostly). Gave me advice for products i could try without being too pushy. Recently visited the hygienist (khalda I believe) who was thorough and professional. Explained exactly what was going to happen, what to do next. I Feel very comfortable when visiting !”

“Visited the salon today and wasn’t disappointed! I went in with awful lockdown hair and these ladies went above and beyond to make my hair look good once again. They listened to what I wanted, advised, took their time choosing the perfect colours and I ended up with the most beautiful colours and hairstyle. My daughter had been in just beforehand and she also loves her hair. Nothing was too much trouble for these lovely ladies! “Angela at BHF Cutting Court has cut my hair several times now. She's one of the few hairdressers (probably the only one actually) to cut my hair EXACTLY as I want and the cut lasts for a couple of months. I have no need to spend time in the morning re-styling - her cut is so good that hair just falls into shape. As a "senior citizen" I get very reasonable concessionary rates which, after naively paying up to 4 times as much elsewhere for years, is also a big plus! Definitely recommend.”
