“This salon is absolutely fantastic! I have never been to a salon where the hairdressers put in so much effort to really understand what I want. They took the time to look at the photos I had and to speak to me. As I was getting a balayage, I was at the salon for a few hours and witnessed the expectational service that was faultless throughout the day, despite the amount of customers and the uncomfortable heat. Throughout the progress, my hairdresser explained each step and took her time to execute my balayage to perfection. Afterwards, I decided that I would like my balayage to be darker and they were more than happy to do this the next day. Once again, they took the time to show me different shades and to understand what I wanted. Every hairdresser who works here is incredibly kind, hardworking and talented. The Stylers Bromley deserve far more five star reviews. I find it difficult to believe any of the negative reviews due to my own experience and the comments of other customers. I love my balayage and I look forward to my next appointment. I can not recommend this salon enough!”

We spent about 25 minutes talking about my hair, how I style it, any problems that I have etc., and Kizzy really listened and understood how my hair bagged (or misbehaves). “The salon is gorgeous, pink and very clean. The staff are nice and welcoming and you don’t get a snobby vibe like you do in other salons. I really like my nails and there was great attention to detail. The only improvement I would make would be being offered something to drink because I was in there for around 2 hours and couldn’t pop out to get anything mid appointment! But a very minor detail and overall the service is amazing. Really enjoy the relaxing music they play.”
