My mum had a problem with thinning hair and had not been inside a hair salon in ages because she had lost confidence and I had below shoulder length hair that had no shape or style. We both came out of the salon as happy as it was possible for two ladies to be with fantastic new hair styles that in my mums case has made her hair look so much thicker and in my case a much shorter, much more modern style with fantastic shape! "Bright, clean and welcoming salon. Took a walk-in appointment with Yasmin today; she was quick, efficient and knowledgeable and I left with within the hour with a clean, trimmed and blow dried barnet and a patch test to come back for colour. Great local salon."

"When I first came to this salon I met with a great stylist who coloured, cut and styled many hair. It was a great experience and I really liked the colour. With compliments from family and friends I thought I had found my new stylist (new to the area). I decided to treat myself to a keratin treatment in the new year while it was still cold and I could wear my hair down! I went back to the same stylist for the treatment. We talked about the fact that I am quite curly/frizzy and that when I have had this done before it requires quite a lot of product. She understood and we went for it. While putting on the product she did not out this on from root to end. Eventually I did ask her why since that has never occurred on the 8 to 10 previous times I have had it done. She said that it was so they didn't damage the root. She continued with the application, blow dried my hair and then straightened it but again not going over the treated s done at other salons. When finished I could already see that the roots had too much volume. and two days on it is super frizzy at the roots and requires me to use straighteners already. I am terribly disappointed as this was not a cheap treatment. Not sure if I will go back but I fear my hunt for a new stylist continues."
