“Absolutely the best coffee shop around. Food is great, there are always a selection of freshly homemade cakes and treats plus a couple of quality savory items to chose from. The coffee drinks are excellent, they rival any of the great independent coffee shops in central London. The best thing about this place is the way it feels. It’s only little (as the name says) but it has a warm, lovely, homey, authentic vibe. (In normal times) there’s always a rotating crowd of people at the tables inside and outside, chatting and enjoying their neighborhood. When I moved to the area I found it hard to get know people but I always felt welcome here, wound up meeting the owners and lots of other patrons and got to learn a little more about the area thanks to the owners’ commitment to engaging with the wider community. Although they have been delivery only for the Covid period the tasty treats and warm vibes are still present. I can’t wait to be back in the shop again soon!”

“My first time visiting this Costa store. Lovely and quiet with a friendly welcome. Two things I wanted weren't in stock, but with how friendly the ladies were i wasn't disappointed at all. I had a free drink voucher to use and I didnt know what was included. The woman happily explained it was all drinks (usually I get spoken down to when I ask something I don't understand, so this was very refreshing). Because of the lovely service I was happy to purchase something else to consume as I was more than happy to give costs my vustom, thanks to the help and service I recieved. They have all been very accommodating of my inability to speak a lot of the time which has kind of made this place a bit of a safe space for me compared to other places.
