I have frizzy curly hair and when I got to the salon they did a detailed explanation of what would happen and what service was the best for outcome I wanted. They did offer hair Botox which is similar but keeps the curls but I wanted it straight for now and might try hair Botox after! It’s my second wash now and my hair is the straightest sleekest it’s ever been! I’ve had a few done in London before but my mate was right when she said this is the best place for keratin treatment”

They put lots of time and effort and extra layers, so my nails last a whole month!! I’ve finally found a place that can do gels perfectly, and they are such lovely people too! “Wow! What a team. Dr Sahu and her team have been amazing. Recently had my transplant with them and they did everything to make me feel as relaxed as possible going into the procedure. They kept humour throughout which really helped me keep calm but never lost their professionalism at any point. They know what they do and they know how they want to do the best for their patient. Communication with Dr Sahu, before and after has been really supportive too - answering questions, giving me information about how best to do my part of the aftercare programme too. Faultless! “AMAZING - I really cannot praise them enough. Not just in the quality of service and workmanship but also their customer service skills. After a service on our vehicle we experienced an unrelated "problem" - you know the type, a message appears on the dashboard. Pulled on to the forecourt, they plugged in a computer, explained everything throughout. In fact when nothing of note showed up they continued searching after I'd left and got back in touch to explain. Then when we caused the battery to run flat later the same day they still supported us in getting it going - even way after 6.30pm! Shane even opened up the garage to clear the dashboard message and gave us his number text him after we had been for a drive to ensure got home safely. Now that is how customer service and loyalty is built. Than you.”
