The vet was friendly and reassuring, but actually explained the whole thing really thoroughly so we knew what was going on and could make informed choices. “Final call-out on the saga of playing up John Lewis Fridge Freezer, which, sadly, after 12 years, needs now to be replaced. We Repair would have replaced the temp control and motherboard, but, the engineer discovered that the gas was only at 50%, which means there is a leak, not repairable, so need to replace. We Repair are definitely the best outfit all round from phone support to the brilliant engineer I've ever had to deal with. Highly recommend you ask for them, if you have a choice. Cannot fault the service from We Repair (via D&G). All aspects of the service are really good, from phone support at customer services, timely updates to the last 30 minutes prior to arrival of engineer, to the acutal knowledge and capabilities of the engineer to identify and sort out the issue with our Fridge / Freezer. Gave me some useful tips on general maintenance too. Responsive, Realiable and Reassuringly adept at Repair.”
