Clean store in Orpington

“With return to shopping after lockdown I had to make a visit to a few shops in Orpington one of which was Robert Dyas. A bit nervous to be out shopping again but very impressed with this store. Social distancing in place by staff and they even went out their way to go and get the goods I needed. I made a point of thanking the manager. Will return here and can recommend to others who are worried about a return to shopping!!”

“Nice and polite man at the reception, helped me with the battery carrying it into the car for me! As it was heavy and was placed on the counter too high for me to lift it.”

“9/10 staff 10/10 service 10/10 selection Had a few minor issues with 1 member of staff and Deliveroo order items being wrong - however the manager there was brilliant! Resolved my issue right away, very professional and polite - a pleasure dealing with! Huge selection of food & drinks Always re-stocking which is Amazing A pleasure compared to M&S down the road Overall 10/10”

“Beckie makes you feel so welcome and really knows her stuff. Made me feel so at ease when getting my nose pierced. The jewellery that is in stock is also so beautiful. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.”

“I went here when it newly opened and it was so lovely. I got a Nutella crepe with strawberries after a bad day and it made me feel so much better. I've also just had some gelato delivered via deliveroo and I'm SO GLAD they have joined delivery services for the second lockdown. My mum is a huge fan of them and we'd much rather pay money to this lovely little independent shop than a chain like creams. I hope they can add some more hot chocolates too, seeing as they have such great ingredients I could see them making hot choc with choc bars and such. Keep it up guys, you're smashing it ♥”

“To be hounest when i first used the shop they didnt seem to welcome me and there paypoint never worked i was kinda put off by this, i know paypoints are a zero mark up profit so i guess they didnt like you just using the store for just the zero profit benefits as these are used in shops to attract customers to buy items then top up there elcetric or gas , but as i became a regular due to prices in another nearby shop , after a while all of a sudden there paypoint always worked lol and they became more friendly now i wont vist many other small convenience stores because they are atualy nice people when you get to know them and become a regualar customer - husband and wife run store”

“A crazy shop with every oriental cooking product you could want and a lot you wouldn't have a clue about. Not the cheapest but we'll stocked. Staff are friendly and helpful.”

“Lovely pret. Great unpretentious tasy food, friendly staff and in a great location shopper's. I think the pret in High Street Kensington could learn a lot from these guys...the High St Ken staff are so unfriendly and dismissive and need training from this pret branch! Well done guys”

“Great staff. Groceries and other items are priced almost as tesco. Sightly higher though. But the quality is really good here. Frozen items are better to be bought from tesco.”

“This is now a much improved shop. It's has a large range of groceries to meet your needs. Only downside is the queue can be a little long to pay at the till. However I am sure that is just bad luck on my part.”
